Anil Nair, a Civil Engineer, is at the helm of the Pioneer Group. He is the chairman of Nagpur chapter of the Builders Association of India (2019-2021). He was the President of CREDAI – Nagpur Metro for 3 years (2017-2019). He was also Chairman of the New Construction Technology Implementation committee of CREDAI Maharashtra.
He was the President of CREDAI – Nagpur Metro when both the reforms of Real estate regulatory bill ( RERA) and GST were introduced. The first seminar on RERA was done during his tenure where the RERA Chairman Shri Gautam Chatterjee addressed the members in Nagpur on their concerns and apprehension of the transition to RERA.
While Anil propels Pioneer Group to greater heights of achievement, what sets him clearly apart is his ability to simultaneously bring his abilities to bear on philanthropic and social causes. He is involved in activities for the skill development of real estate workers and Vidarbha Economic Development Council of Nagpur. He is also the Past President of Nair Service Society and a member of Rotary club and is involved in various social activities of the club and believes in giving back to the society and contributing for the improvement of the sector.
Other business ventures of Anil Nair include Pixel D Post Private Limited, a creative post production house based in Mumbai specializing in High Definition “Digital Post Production“. Notable movies that the company has worked on are Article 15, Bahubali, Fan, Gully Boy, M.S. Dhoni, Kahaani 2, etc. Anil was also an associate producer for the critically acclaimed movie “Parched”.
